Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day. I will teach you an intuitive eating approach that you can easily follow anytime and anywhere.
Physical Health
Whether you’re suffering from chronic condition like arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, PCOS, or had a recent injury or surgery and need help with recovery, or maybe you are pregnant or postpartum and want to get stronger, I am experience in working with all these conditions and life events and can help you creating a routine to improve your health. I work closely with your primary care physician to deliver the best results.
Customized Plans
All coaching and training comes with the thorough assessment of your current routine, movement, health history, lifestyle which will allow me to make a custom program (training or nutrition). Sometimes all you need is the instruction manual. Let me design a total health & fitness plan that will help you reach your specific goals.
